Wulin Casa Residence is located at Wulin CBD, Hangzhou. The project was aiming at high-end residential market targeting at Neo-Shanghai style young clientele. This called for a neutral design mood to enhance their marketing strategy. We used simple and clean lines with timber veneer and contrasting with other metallic materials, in order to elaborate the textures of various materials of the same tone within the same space.
For the passageway connecting the clubhouse and the apartment lift lobby, we design a small area of wooden screens contrasting with the external grey color stonewall. This created an atmosphere of a winding path leading to a secluded space, which is typical in Chinese-style garden.
